All of our condo units are fully equipped, located lakeside and have a panoramic view of Brookville Lake, one of Indiana's most beautiful. When it's time to relax, we have a full service marina offering moorage for your boat.  See overnight dockage details at the bottom of this page.

We also offer boat rentals; featuring fishing and family pleasure pontoon boats.

• We accept VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY. No checks.
  
• Check in time: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Call before 5:00 p.m. to set up late check-ins.
  
• Check out time: 11 a.m.
  
• Change in unit or refund: In the event the unit becomes unavailable between the time you confirm your reservations and your arrival date, we will retain the right to move you to a comparable unit or refund your deposit in full if nothing is available. Major credit card required to rent lodging units. Visa/MasterCard only.
  
• Reservation cancellation:                                            Summer Season.         (June, July, August)
• A 50% deposit will be taken when the reservation is made. This is non-refundable.  The remaining 50% is required 60 days prior to arrival.  This is non-refundable.
• Value, Fall, and Jack Frost Seasons.   (September - May  -  excluding  holidays and certain other time frames)             A 50% deposit will be taken when the reservation is made. Payment in full is required 21 days prior to arrival. At least two weeks written notice prior to arrival is required for a refund, less $50.00 service fee. There will be no refunds during the two weeks prior to arrival.         Note: Reservations taken for certain time frames may be subject to a No Refund cancellation policy.  Review your confirmation and call the reservation department if you have any questions.
  
• Damage Deposit: A $250 credit card authorization is required for damage deposit.
  
• NO PETS ALLOWED: A minimum $200.00 charge will be assessed for breach of "NO PET" policy.  Additional cleaning fees may also be charged.
  
• Linens/Housekeeping:  First set of towels and bed linens supplied. There is a fee for any additional requests. Housekeeping available only by request for a nominal fee.
  
• Unit care: Leave your unit in the same order as your arrival. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
  
• Accommodations: All units are comfortably furnished and equipped. Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, wash cloths, and dish towels are provided. Kitchens (where applicable) are complete with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and tableware. All units also include a color television, DVD, fireplace, outside balcony and deck.
  
• Occupancy: All rental units are individually owned and they are for the express use and enjoyment of registered guests. They are not for gatherings or parties in excess of the occupancy specified for each unit. Occupancy violation will subject all guests to immediate eviction. Personal injury, as well as property damage or loss due to guests negligence or abuse, will be the financial responsibility of the guests.
  
• Overnight Dockage (Sagamore Lodging guests only): If you bring your boat...     $50.00  per boat for your entire stay.   ($25.00 for one night, only.)        Make reservations early, limited space available.   You will be assigned an individual, numbered slip for your stay.
